Protector AI Included in Kazakhstan's Registry of Trusted Software

The Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan has announced the inclusion of the Protector AI video analytics system (Protector AI LLP) in the registry of trusted software and electronic industry products of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This is an official status confirming that our technology meets state information security requirements and can be used in projects with heightened software requirements.

What is the registry of trusted software

The registry of trusted software and electronic industry products is maintained by the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It includes solutions that have passed verification for compliance with information security requirements and confirmed the Kazakhstani origin of their development. The registry exists to ensure the security of state information systems while also supporting national software and electronics manufacturers.

For businesses and government customers, having a product listed in this registry is a benchmark: it means the solution has already been reviewed by the relevant ministry and can be trusted when choosing a supplier for facilities with heightened security requirements.

Why this matters to us

Inclusion in the registry is a logical continuation of the certification work we had already done. Earlier, our system passed accreditation for compliance with information security requirements and confirmed conformity with the ST RK ISO/IEC 15408-2-2017 standard, "Evaluation Criteria for IT Security," as recorded in a separate test report. This new status in the registry of trusted software is another official step showing that Protector AI is a Kazakhstani development that meets state quality and security standards.

We work with schools, kindergartens, industrial enterprises, akimats, and government agencies, so trust in the product is especially important here. The registry status removes some questions right from the start: a customer from the public or quasi-public sector doesn't need to separately determine whether our solution can be used — the answer has already been confirmed by the relevant ministry.
